Velqentora SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 50,000 euros, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number B 923 456 789, with its registered office at 8 Rue de Berri, 75008 Paris, France, is the data controller for personal data collected on velqentora.com. 2. Personal Data Collected
In connection with the use of our site and services, we collect the following categories of data: identification data (surname, first name), contact details (email address), browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit timestamps), and any information you voluntarily share through our contact form. However, we may share your data with technical subcontractors (hosting, maintenance) acting on our behalf and under our instructions, in strict compliance with the GDPR.

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Should a transfer to a third country be necessary, we undertake to implement appropriate safeguards as provided for by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or the use of providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
